Our Team

Jodi Fisher, CAE, CMP, CEO & Co-Founder

Since 1995, Jodi Fisher has been providing executive support to Associations, Fortune 500 companies, small business owners, and volunteer-led associations, and in 2006 she founded her first association management company. Recognizing an unmet need in the industry, she wanted to build an AMC that exclusively worked with small associations, many who weren’t able to find quality support elsewhere. Hence the beginning of CORE AMC!

Jodi’s passion lies in developing her staff to provide efficient, professional services that ultimately lead to strategic, sustainable organizational growth for our Association clients.

Jodi serves on leadership roles in the Association Management community including WSAE’s Board of Directors and AMCI’s Annual Meeting Committee.

Alyssa is involved in both the non-profit and educational sectors, emphasizing community engagement, staff coaching, volunteer management, policy and procedure development, and organizational growth strategy. She brings years of association management experience, including serving as a Programs Director and Community Outreach Director in Washington state.

Alyssa holds a bachelor's degree in education from Arizona State University, a master's degree in Anthrozoology from Canisius College of Buffalo, and an MBA from Grand Canyon University. Using her educational background, Alyssa has helped many non-profit organizations to further their missions and vision. In addition, her experience working and volunteering in the non-profit sector allows her to understand organizational needs and perspectives among all stakeholders.

Alyssa serves on the Companion Pets in Crisis (CPIC) executive board and is a member of The Arizona Animal Welfare League (AAWL). On the weekends, you can find Alyssa woodworking, volunteering at the Humane Society, painting with her two daughters, or exploring the mountains with her dogs.

Sawyer Myers, Co-Founder, Director of Operations, Association Manager

Sawyer brings several years of customer service and team leadership experience to the CORE team. Throughout his career, Sawyer has led teams of varying sizes to provide the highest quality customer experience, while also identifying and implementing organization-wide process improvements. He began his professional career in 2017 as an intern at an association management company and a number of years ago brought his subsequent experience back into the AMC industry to provide superior association management expertise and value to the clients he serves.

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree, specifically in Data Sciences, at University of Wisconsin – Madison. Her hobbies recently grew to include tap dancing, along with learning how many things she can make with her Kitchenaid mixer, reading copious amounts of fiction novels, and binging the latest hot series on Netflix or Hulu.

Moira Guenther, Association Manager

Moira has been an association professional since 2009, specializing in program development and volunteer management. Her experience has been primarily with health-related organizations with a focus on research. Her educational background in dietetics and masters in nutrition served her well in these roles. She has exceptional planning and organizational skills that enable her to predict outcomes, meet deadlines, and deliver results. She is eager to learn new skills and build new relationships.

Moira fills her time with running her and her husband’s little rescue farm in Loudoun County Virginia. She has worked with many rescues in the past and adores each group. She helped form and volunteers for DASH to the Rescue where she does volunteer management and fosters dogs and other animals. She also volunteers at Ride-on Ranch in Loudoun County where children are provided equine assisted therapies, including: physical, occupational and speech.

While these activities may all seem unrelated, she sees that they are all driven by passionate members of communities, striving to make their corner of the world better.

Heather Kramer, CNAP, Quickbooks Proadvisor, Financial Specialist

Heather has over 14 years of experience in the bookkeeping and executive administration fields. Many of these years were spent supporting Boards of Directors for non-profits, CEO's, and Program Specialists and throughout Wisconsin.

Heather has always had a love for numbers (she’s a QuickBooks guru!) so it was no surprise that she gravitated toward the financial field. That love, along with her dedication, attention to detail, and organization combined to make her a highly successful Administrator, allowing her and her clients to thrive in their industries.

In her free time, Heather enjoys knitting, reading, and camping with her family.
